Add a splash of colour with this Royal Air Force modern hooded jacket which features a front zip and is made in a classic fit. It is fashioned from soft cotton faced fabric for a relaxed casual look. This much loved jacket is now available for personalisation! It is as easy as writing your message in the text box then we will create the rest. 

 

  • Only 2 lines will be printed at the back and 14 characters per line limit.

  • We can only print 2 lines at the back and 14 characters per line limit.
  • These jackets are custom printed, therefore they cannot be returned under any circumstance other than error at the result of the Air Force Gift Shop.
  • We will print exactly what has been written in the text box. Please ensure that all spellings are correct before placing your order. 
  • The font used for the custom text is Arial Black.
  • Please type exactly how you would like the custom text to appear (this is a case sensitive design).
  • There is a maximum of two lines for the text.

DELIVERY


1. We offer free delivery on all UK address orders. We aim to fulfil orders within 2-5 working days. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service.
2. International Shipping options are available via Royal Mail or Fedex. Estimated shipping costs are determined by product weights and will appear for selection once address details are provided at checkout.
3. Airforcegiftshop does not accept liability for late or no delivery by 3rd party couriers.
4. Claims for shortages or damages will only be accepted if we are notified e-mail (see our 'contact us' page) within 30 days from the receipt of the goods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY


1.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return a product for exchange or refund from receipt. If there are any issues with your order such as missing goods, damaged outer packaging or any product defects, you must report straight away by contacting sales@airforcegiftshop.co.uk
2. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the return postage unless your order is damaged. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they're packed up appropriately to avoid damage and ensure you get proof of postage.
3. Refunds will be issued if items are returned in their original unworn condition with all original labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, scented, worn or altered will not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
3. Exchanges are available up to the same value of your original order value (if more you may be requested to pay the difference).
4. We cannot accept back customised products, where items have been altered in any way.
5. We cannot accept returns of Face Masks due to hygiene reasons.
